EB-1C Multinational Manager or Executive

EB-1C is the first-preference green card for multinational executives and managers being transferred to a US parent, branch, subsidiary or affiliate. ≥ 1 year of qualifying employment abroad in managerial or executive capacity within the preceding 3 years (or most recent lawful nonimmigrant admission). The US employer must have been doing business ≥ 1 year, have a qualifying multinational relationship, and intend to employ the beneficiary in a mgmt/exec capacity. L-1A is the natural feeder. No PERM; no self-petition. Premium processing not currently available for EB-1C.
