Scale-up Worker (United Kingdom) – Requirements

The Scale-up Worker visa is for skilled workers joining a 'qualifying scale-up' UK business — defined as one with 20%+ annualised growth in turnover or staff over the previous 3 years and ≥ 10 employees at the start of that period. From 22 July 2025 the minimum salary is £39,100/yr (was £36,300 for CoS assigned 4 April 2024 to 21 July 2025) or the occupation going rate, whichever higher. Job must be at RQF 6. English at CEFR B1. Sponsor-tied only for the first 6 months; thereafter the holder is free of the sponsor. ILR after 5 years.
