Requires Governing Body Endorsement (GBE) from the sport's recognised UK national governing body, plus a CoS from a licensed UK sponsor (typically the club). Minimum salary from 22 July 2025: £35,800/yr + occupation going rate (main job only — appearance fees, endorsements and bonuses excluded). English at CEFR A1 (speaking and listening only) if the visa exceeds 12 months. Up to 3 years per grant; ILR after 5 years if at least one grant > 12 months.
