SRRV Classic (50+)

PRA-administered indefinite multiple-entry retirement residency for foreign nationals aged 50+. Current PRA-published deposit: USD 15,000 if the applicant receives a verified monthly pension of at least USD 800 (single) or USD 1,000 (with dependants); USD 30,000 without a qualifying pension. Processing fee USD 1,500 (principal) + USD 300/dependant; annual PRA fee USD 360 covering principal + two dependants. Deposit refundable; after one year may be converted into qualifying investments (condominium / long-term lease).
