Special Investor's Resident Visa (SIRV)

BoI-endorsed, BI-issued investor visa granting indefinite residence to foreign nationals who remit and invest ≥ USD 75,000 in qualifying Philippine economic activities under Book V of EO 226 (Omnibus Investments Code). Applicant must be ≥ 21. Funds remitted via Land Bank (LBP) or Development Bank (DBP) accredited depository banks and converted to qualifying investments (shares in PSE-listed companies or BoI-preferred new/existing Philippine corporations). Probationary SIRV 6 months → indefinite SIRV on deployment.
