Digital Nomad Visa (EO 86, 2025)

Created by Executive Order No. 86 signed 24 April 2025 (effective 5 May 2025). Allows foreign remote workers earning foreign-source income to reside up to 1 year, renewable once (max 2 years total). Must be ≥ 18, work remotely via digital tech for clients/employers outside the Philippines, valid health insurance, no criminal record, and be a national of a country that grants DNVs to Filipinos AND hosts a Philippine FSP. EO 86 does not fix a numeric income minimum; DFA implementing rules pending.
